Here’s what you’ll get:
- Over the course of 6 weeks, our courses will provide you with cooking knowledge and teach you the skills needed to cook confidently in the kitchen.
- Recipes will only be your inspiration. You will not be addicted to every step, because you will be able to master it by gaining a new understanding of how different ingredients are cooked.
- Your knife will become your best friend. Cut onions? no problem. You can drink [optional drink] while chatting with your friends (by the way, they are watching in surprise).
- But most importantly, you will know how to cook. This skill will change your entire diet, health status and how you can raise yourself and your family.
Would n’t it be lovely to enjoy a simple home-cooked meal with family to end the day? Being a mother has always been one of the best things I have experienced, but it is also one of the most challenging things. Before pregnancy, I already felt that I did not have enough time to complete everything in one day. Now, I long for all my free time! However, just looking at the refrigerator and pantry can understand how to cook and how to cook, which makes my to-do list easier. I didn’t feel stressed during the meal, but felt completely in control. In addition, I am very happy to be able to pass on my love of cooking to my daughter (and future children). They may not like everything we cook, and may experience a variety of picky diets, but I hope that when they grow up, I have provided them with the skills to take care of themselves through cooking.
Are you worried that current food choices may affect your health in the future? There are many foods to choose from these days, but unfortunately not all foods are good for us. I never feel that we need to make healthy decisions 100%. We are human beings, and if we choose to cook most of the time, then when we decide to indulge in guilty (but well-deserved) cuisine, we will never have to worry. When we choose to cook, we choose to control changes in the body. We choose to treat our bodies with love, respect and nutrition. The meals provided in the Nourish course have nothing to do with depriving yourself. Instead, they are all committed to strengthening themselves by cooking real, complete food skills.
