So much of anxiety is tied to lifestyle factors like gut health, diet, and exercise. Dr. Vora reviews some of the biggest lifestyle culprits that may be causing you anxiety, and gives you some effective remedies for beginning to resolve them.
Week 3: Balancing Your Hormones & Getting Into eTOH
Now that you’ve learned about external lifestyle factors that may be increasing your levels of anxiety, it’s time to learn about a few internal ones. In this module, Dr. Vora will describe how you can use things like acupuncture, CBT, and hormonal balancing to help quell your anxiety. She’ll also give you a few tips on how to change your perspective to alleviate your symptoms.
