Getting Started On Your Journey
Join Caley as she walks you through the class to give you a better sense of what your inversions journey will look like. She’ll also share who she designed this class for, and a bit more about how she overcame some personal roadblocks to become the handstand master she is today.
Time To Get Upside Down
It’s time to turn your world upside down! Caley will take you through the four main inversions, including arm balances, handstands, forearm stands, and head and shoulder stands. She’ll then dive into a few advanced moves, but don’t worry if they feel too advanced to start—they’ll be there whenever you feel like you’re ready!
